Rick’s Café in Negril has been cleared by the government to reopen. The announcement came from Local Government and Rural Development Minister, Desmond McKenzie at Wednesday’s post cabinet press briefing. The venue was ordered closed for seven days, a day after flagrant breaches of of COVID-19 protocols were observed in a video that went viral at a Mocha Fest party that was held at the venue on Thursday, May 27.
