The Norman Manley Law School (NMLS), in collaboration with the Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ), and supported by the Ministry of Justice and Constitutional Affairs, Jamaica, invites members of the media to cover the New Freedom Lecture, the inaugural annual public forum on examining issues of regional and global significance through the lens of freedom. The Keynote Lecture, No First Use of Nuclear Weapons: The Limits of Law?, will be delivered by The Honourable Mr Justice Winston Anderson, President of the Caribbean Court of Justice.
