The Ceremonial Opening of Parliament is a significant event in Jamaica’s governance landscape, symbolizing the start of a new legislative session. His Excellency the Most Hon. Sir Patrick Allen will deliver the Throne Speech at a Joint Sitting of the Parliament. The Throne Speech will outline the Government’s legislative agenda for the upcoming parliamentary year.
