The new state-of-the-art Mount Salem Police Station in St. James has been officially opened. The building was dubbed open for service through a virtual ceremony on Wednesday. The facility was built by Jamaica Social Investment Fund -JSIF at a cost of approximately $45 million, with funding from the European Union (EU).
