The Prime Minister of Jamaica, Dr The Most Hon. Andrew Holness delivers a powerful message as he assumes the Chairmanship of CARICOM (July–December 2025). In this visionary address, he outlines an ambitious plan to advance security, economic resilience, digital transformation, food security, and climate justice across the Caribbean. Under the theme “People, Partnership, Prosperity”, CARICOM’s new chair emphasises strategic partnerships with global allies, a united front against organised crime, and the need for a secure and sustainable future for all member states.
