ZET Jamaica
The Jamaica Gazette is the official state news paper of Jamaica that is the medium for publishing government information. This public newspaper is officially part of Jamaican law through The Jamaica Gazette Act of May 18, 1906. This Act was later amended in January 1, 1969 some years after Jamaica gained independence in 1962.
Issues of The Jamaica Gazette is printed and published by the Jamaican Government which includes content that is considered as legal evidence. By law, the Minister with responsibility should print and publish matters related to law, rules, regulations, orders, advertisements, and other information that is of national concern.
