3.—(1) A person who, during the period July 1, 2020, to July31, 2020,seeks to enter Jamaica, shall—

2. The measures set out in this Order are directed to be enforced for removing or otherwise guarding against or mitigating the threat, or effects, of the SARS – CoV-2 (Coronavirus COVID-19) and the possible consequences thereof.

3.—(1) During the period from June 1, 2020, to June 14, 2020, the provisions of paragraph 4 shall apply to all persons seeking to enter Jamaica.

(2) For the purposes of paragraph 4, priority shall be given to entry by—

(a) citizens of Jamaica;

(b) the spouse and dependents of a citizen of Jamaica, travelling to Jamaica with that citizen; and

(c) any person, or category of persons, authorised in writing, in the form set out as Form 1 of the First Schedule, by the Minister responsible for immigration, subject to the prior approval of the Cabinet.

4.—(1) Subject to sub-paragraph (5), a person who, during the period June 1, 2020 to June 14, 2020—

(a) seeks to enter Jamaica, shall—
